Wingstop - Martinsburg

The workers are polite. The place is always filthy. If they can't keep the place dirty, What do I say about the food. It takes long to get an orde. Management sucks and doesn't seem to manage. The workers are lazy, they didn't seem like they wanted to be there at all, not their fault they get away with what the manager allows. That place could be booming if it had the right management. IT JUST SUCKS, I WOULDNT EAT THERE IF I WAS PAID.

LISTEN I ORDERED RANCH, HONEY MUSTERD, TWO DR PEPPERS AND IT WAS TWO HOURS JUST FOR COLD FOOD AND MISSING STUFF.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. The food is amazing, besides the horrible burnt fries. But the service and the workers suck. I have never been treated well there. They are constantly behind and I am always waiting at least an hour for my food. They’ve gotten my order wrong and when I asked them to fix it the guy told me “no”. When I asked again he said he forgot and would get to it when he could. He literally threw the food in my bag and the sauce spilt everywhere.

I had the best experience at Wingstop, Night shift is amazing and the manager on the night shift is amazing. Staff does what they have to do to get food out in time. They are very patient and understanding. Very clean environment in my opinion.
