They are always running out of supplies like; sleeves on their cups, stoppers for cups.
I waited 45 minutes drive tru for my order. I told the lady in the window, i been waiting for 45 minutes. She answered me. YOU DONT NEED TO WAIT YOU CAN GO, I was really shocked, what her response to me ! VERY RUDE !!!!This Danville Starbucks wants their customers not to come back to the store.Terrible customer service ?From now on, I will go to Beehive Danville.
This place needs better trained employees they seem to try but drinks aren't made correctly
The music is so loud inside this Starbucks. It sounds like I'm in a club at times instead of coffee shop.
