Roadhaven Cafe - MARULAN

We stopped here for lunch, I had the chicken queen. There are many parking spaces.

I had a delicious meal at this restaurant with some amazing pork crackling for 50 cents. I also had a large serving of homemade broccoli and cauliflower cheese with mashed potatoes. It was much tastier than the food at Hungry Jack's in the same building. I pass by this restaurant every Tuesday and I think it will become my new go-to spot for a home-cooked dinner. I decided to write this review because you wouldn't expect a gas station to have such delicious homemade meals, but this place definitely does!

As a truck driver, I often eat at various establishments while traveling across the country. Unfortunately, I have encountered some truly unpleasant places. Despite friendly service, the quality of the food at Roadhaven Outlets in Sydney leaves much to be desired. I have dined at three different locations and the inconsistency is frustrating. One day you may enjoy a decent meal, but the next time it is better off in the garbage. It's baffling why they can't seem to get it right. For example, ordering a Big Breakfast at one outlet was fantastic, but at another outlet, it was served with little care for presentation or quality. I have also found it difficult to provide feedback as there is no information available on the company. This lack of communication leaves me no choice but to share my experience publicly.

Bad service unfriendly staff very rude for customers I will never stop being treated so badly by counter-personal

It would be better not to eat or drink. Don't stop, don't waste your money. The staff is rude. Food is despicable and cold. Coffee is burned and cold. Yuck yuck yuck! WORST FOOD EVER!!! I wouldn't eat there if someone also paid me!!!!
