Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I drove regularly. the last time something was going on. the chicken didn't taste properly spiced and ripped and fried old. could be just a 1 time

I ordered through the Popeyes app and this is the second time i did not receive the 2 large fries that were included in the family combo.

Ordered a 12 piece family meal. Asked for white meat spicy dark meat mild. Got home to 9 pieces of dark meat and four pieces of white meat. Definitely not what I expected. Called the store and they wanted me to come all the way back, so they could make it right. I’ll be going back tomorrow. They could have gotten it right the first time. Sorry for the bad review but this could have been easily a avoided. Thanks!

Service was poor to say the least. 10 people working but still a LONG wait to be served. The young man behind the counter forced me to raise my voice at him as after two times I asked him to speak up, I got frustrated. Sad. Just said. Poor service n so long just to get some good chicken. I will not be back to this location soon, thank you.

Give me the wrong order. Then got nasty with me about it. Love the food when it's fresh and on time. But it seems like every Popeyes I go to it's always some big problem. So I'm just done with Popeye's completely.
