Chick fil a deluxe is always my go to. And its always on point! Love the sauce.

Always consistent food. Great chicken, drive thru is streamlined . Long lines go guickly.

Consistently great food, regardless of the location I've been to. The southwest salad is great, but I've been getting the Cobb salad with the avocado lime ranch lately. I really enjoyed the pimento cheese honey sandwich they recently had. I really like the spicy chicken biscuit with honey on it. Hope they start doing spicy nuggets soon.

This is the worst of all CFA locations in cincy. I'm going to work all day. I go to the cfa because of the food restrictions, but this is the only place that consistently brings my order together. I get constantly reg nuggets when I order grilled, I get pickles when I say no pickles, etc. I let it go the first 3 or 4 times, but now it's become absurd. I can't leave the drive without checking my order. that she has because she keeps trying to turn you through. not to mention the personal is the least friendly location. Sometimes they get a young girl who is friendly, but most are not and we had a moment where they have fun of us and we have caught them. management must increase

Everytime I eat here it's terrible. The fries are soggy and I drive over across the street so I know it's not how long they sit in the bag. There's always hard pieces in my chicken which is a huge turn off from this location. Sometimes they forget my sauces. You should look elsewhere.
