The order was completely incorrect when it was delivered, and no one answered the phone to fix it. Total waste of money!

The ice cream cones tasted as if they were covered in hair. They were made of sugar cones and the staff was not at all accommodating.

This establishment is a combination of Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin' Donuts. The morning staff serving coffee lack the necessary language skills to accurately take orders in a business like this. The ice cream section can be inconsistent, as the freezer sometimes doesn't work properly resulting in a mix of soft and hard ice cream.

Went in there New Years Eve for hot fudge sundae, ice cream had ice crystals in it and no taste asked for extra hot fudge. The hot fudge pot sounded empty thought he changed it did not even get one squirt. The server was the least bit interested in doing his job. Would sooner go without then use this store again.
