Subway - Massapequa

I was denied access to the restroom after buying a sandwich, even though I explained that I was a delivery driver. The lady claimed the bathroom was closed, but it seemed like she was lying to me.

Be cautious when dining at this location as they do not accept Subway coupons. I was not informed of this until I reached the register and saw the sign dated January stating they were not participating in the current promotion. I regret not walking away and keeping my sandwich. This experience has turned me away from eating at any Subway shop again. It is disappointing that a company would allow its franchisees to conduct business in such a dishonest manner, and as a result, they have lost my business for good.

The restaurant does not accept Subway coupons from the flyer, and when you inquire about it, the staff explain that the manager and owner have decided not to honor them. This policy may cause them to lose customers.

The young lady was great. After coming out from the gym just 4 mins to close she still let me order 2 sandwiches. She made everything how I wanted it. Thank u

I am disgusted! As I was eating my sandwich I noticed what looked like fur baked into the bread!
