The food is really good there and the beer and everything else is good it's just a little pricey on everything but I get it you know because Costa shipping and everything as also increased as well

Steak was wayyy over cooked and the price jumped to nearly 30% after sitting down. The staff are lazy and useless. Worst experience I’ve had in a loooong time. Servers response when I told her the steak was over cooked “I didn’t cook it, what do you want me to do”So I told her to get someone who can do something and she just stared at me with this stupid look on her face. Didn’t offer any solutions at all. Useless. Didn’t check on me to see how my food was, didn’t clear my plate. $40 to be completely unsatisfied. I don’t waste food so a discount or a full comp would have sufficed but instead I got shrugged at.I won’t be giving this place another red cent.

Some times it takes real long for service or some times you don't get service because the one waitress is cranky all the time. The other workers are great. This place is everything I would expect from a rural pub. It’s not spic and span but it’s not “dirty”, a rustic old pub feel if you will. The service was prompt and professional and remained consistent throughout our two hours here. I had the Hawaiian chicken burger with yam fries and chipotle mayo. The bun was a light and fluffy cloud of deliciousness. The chicken breast was grilled to perfection (which is great as I often find chicken is over cooked at pubs) and the chipotle mayo, I couldn’t quite pin point all the ingredients but it was one of if not the most delicious I’ve had as far as I can remember.

Food was average, server would give us a new frosted mug each drink. She was super attentive and kind! Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
