Dunkin' - Massillon

Just spent $20 and my pregnant gf gets hair in her food... awesome... They rushed us through the drive thru, almost forgot our coffee and didn't even scan our phone/app.. Today will be our last time at this nasty place.

Drink was awful. No whip cream paid extra for. Ordered online waited ten minutes and they just started making my drink and took an extra 15 mins and it wasn't good and they didn't make it correctly.

I had never been to Dunkin' before, but my daughter needed to use the restroom. While we were there, I tried some pumpkin donut holes and ordered a cup of sweet tea. The checkout staff were very friendly; they even rinsed out my cup for me before filling it with sweet tea.

I went through the drive-thru and purchased half a dozen doughnuts, two large coffees, and an iced caramel macchiato. The service was excellent, and the items I bought were fantastic. The drive-thru staff were wonderful!

The staff here are very kind, but I haven't had a positive experience with the coffee at this location. I usually order an iced coffee.
