Dunkin' - Massillon

I ordered here for the first time today and had a great experience! The food tastes wonderful specifically the pumpkin donut: it?s so dang good , the atmosphere inside is very quiet and peaceful, and the cashier serving me was very patient and cheery.I?ll definitely be coming here more often!

I usually love dunkin it?s all it?s forms. Today I purchased a large Carmel iced coffee an an everything bagel with cream cheese. My coffee was so watered down I couldn?t even drink it and that?s saying a lot from me. I thought I could catch a breakwith the bagel but it was so hard I couldn?t even chew it. Im not trying to be a Karen within this review section I am justgiving my honest experience.

I love this Dunkin'! The employees are fantastic and the service is excellent. Sometimes the drive-thru line can take a bit of time, but it's still a five-star experience for me.

They rarely have the donuts you're looking for, and the coffee is usually too cold. You might be better off just going to McDonald's.

These are the best Dunkin' Donuts! They really take their time to ensure that your drinks are made just right, and the taste is exactly what you expect when you place your order. It's definitely worth driving a few extra minutes to come to this Dunkin' instead of the one closer to me.
