Handel's Homemade Ice Cream - Massillon

I really enjoyed the apple pie ice cream. However, I was not pleased with the young lady who was chewing gum and had fake nails without wearing gloves. Her customer service attitude seemed to upset a few patrons.

The ice cream is fantastic, but it is a bit on the expensive side. However, with inflation, that's becoming the norm these days.

Normally, the service is great. Same for the ice cream. That night, the associate was actually rude and very short with customers. I always tip, but not that night.

I really enjoy the ice cream, but I can’t tolerate the college students working here. They always seem down and it feels like they dislike their jobs every time I visit. With that kind of attitude, it's hard to see how they'll succeed in life.
