Long John Silver's - Massillon

I ordered the fish, chicken, and shrimp platter, which came with two sides: French fries and coleslaw. I only paid $10.99 plus tax, and it was a generous portion that filled me up and left me with enough for lunch at work the next day. The food was delicious and the price was very reasonable. The lady at the drive-thru was friendly and quick. I’ll definitely go back!

I pulled up to the drive-thru and was asked to wait a moment. After six minutes with no movement, I decided to leave. It was quite unusual. Two days after I posted this review, I received a message from the company’s office. They apologized for the inconvenience and sent me some coupons. I decided to give the restaurant another try today, and it was fantastic! Everyone can have an off day, but Long John Silver's truly knows how to take care of their customers when it happens.

The food is still delicious. While prices have gone up a bit and the portion sizes have decreased slightly, I still find it to be sufficient. I don't feel the need to eat as much as I used to. Overall, I'm glad to be back.
