Panini Bistro - Matawan

Oh. My. God. Just had the best experience eating here! Our panini was AMAZING. The truffle fries are delicious. We also got french onion soup on the recommendation of the manager Jeff, who is absolutely fantastic and took great care of us there. The soup was so delicious. Jeff surprised us with the Nutella filled funnel cake bites which were like the best dessert I've ever had. Definitely a spot you need to try!!! Won't regret it.

Have ordered twice from panini bistro Matawan And have been disappointed both times. Disco fries are terrible cheese taste like rubber and fries are soggy. Avocado bacon burger was cold bacon taste like it was fried 3 days prior to order and hamburger meat was non existent, flat thin as paper and burnt. It states hamburger is served on a brioche bun definitely not what I got. I gave them 2 chances and was disappointed both times. Prices are high and food is awful. Will

Went to Panini Bistro in Matawan for the first time today. Our sandwiches were made to order and were delicious. The sandwich was very full and the bread was fresh and crunchy. Will definitely be back!

These are my guys, I order from here for lunch at least twice a week and it always hits the spot. Great staff, They go above and beyond. I read some of the negative reviews and I am actually shocked because I love it here. The turkey,apple and Brie panini is my personal favorite and when I do order sfogliatelle it?s always warm. Please bring back the corn chowder guys, I really miss it. Also, those Santa Fe eggrolls are bomb ????

After my review for the Spotswood location, it was recommended for me to try Matawan if I wanted to sit down and eat. Avoiding my laundry, I decided to take the 40 min. drive to Matawan. I'm glad I did. The weather was beautiful today and they have a nice outdoor eating space. It was very clean.
