First impact, cold room but really cold in full January, glass from dirty and wet water, the waiter does not bring us any menu, the only prices we knew were the 20 and 25€ of the fixed menu (very questionable). Or choose from the meat counter (no prices). The semi-empty meat counter with very low quality meat and bald sauces opened and left randomly, in the end we bump into the cut that seemed the least two 400g steaks, without the waiter asking for any cooking, in the waiting we always ask voice the appetizers available, little choice, we choose to try the carpaccio, the carpaccio was literally CONGELATO felt the pieces of ice, bad that not even waiting for 10 minutes Here comes quickly and fury the steak, I don't know what happened to that poor steak, served on lava stone, sin we didn't have any dish, but we had to cut the steak with normal knives (since scratching the lava stone that releases toxic substances) that in the meantime sewed meat, becoming almost inevitable, as soon as the steak is eaten, we dileguta paying a very much bill I never wrote negative reviews, but you deserve it all. There are no words to describe this fantastic local. Great meat, friendly staff, low prices. Our tourist menu had to be 25 euros excluding extras but ended up being 25 euros with 2 liters of wine, water, coffee, sweets and bitters. The very kind and very professional boys. Do not be fascinated by the lights of the center, if you seek honesty and quality come here.
I was almost distrustful in wanting to stay in Matera to dine based on meat considering that I hardly managed to find quality in the rosticcerie almost always not up to, but I wanted to trust this new management of the gnamGnam rosticceria and I must say that I did great, because we degustato meat of excellent quality, served impeccably, fast and punctual service and even the primitive was a very best companion of the meat dinner _
The restaurant is a little out of the center, so there is parking in front without paying , simple and clean, we took the chips and bruschettes, the cut with rocket,pachino,grana , all excellent and plentiful, meat cooked to the grill, very tense and delicious. The account has made us remain speechless,more than honest,for the quality of what we ate and the quantity.
I begin with saying that if I had to judge only the quality I would have given 6 stars but since I have to look at the complex I gave 3. Yesterday evening with the family we decided to go to dinner in this place, nice initially but the big sin x which I would not return there are the times... we arrived at about 20,15 and we went almost to 00,00... the food indisputably great at a good price but the waiting times are exhausting, children crying because they are hungry, only x the appetizer( chips, bruschettes and carpaccio) we waited 1 hour and I do not tell you for the rest, but the sad thing was when the waitress thinking that we had finished was removing the dishes, to our question but it is finished? He puts the dishes back and tells us he was going to see. At that point I asked her if she could change the dishes as full of ketchup and mayonnaise and her answer was: But I was the owner, I would fire her in the trunk. . I'm so sorry
