Bidra med feedbackBest Chipotle in this area. Meal was hot! I ran late and thought I had a cold Burrito bowl. No! And they didn't jump on the portions either. So many other chipotles get cheap with their meat. But here? No! Good stuff. Not safe on other reviews about bad attitude workers; I tend to avoid the lines and simply order them on the app. Everything was good!
One person had their new chicken bowl and the other had a burrito (with shredded beef . Both were tasty and certainly plentiful, but half the store was closed off with boards and construction equipment that maybe they're doing remodelling of some sort. It was clean and there was no noise coming from over there, but I am guessing that their offerings were somewhat limited due to the construction. (They didn't seem to have as many choices as I am used to; for example, there was no nachos. Overall, however, no problems and had a good lunch thanks to the helpful and patient people behind the counter.
I hesitantly gave this place a 5 star rating. Most of the time they are on point and do an excellent job of having the order ready whenever I pull up for deliveries. On the other hand, there has been times when I arrived and the staff is discombobulated because of the long line. I understand that it can be difficult trying to service the online orders and in-store customers simultaneously. Never the less it's fustrating waiting 20 minutes after the order should have been ready. Also I want to mention how their drink dispensers are always broken. Management need to call a technician and get it fixed. Other than that the food is delicious.
I tried the Sofritas Burrito for the first time today during the promotion, and it was fantastic! Great job! I already love Chipotle, but I will definitely order the Sofritas again. Thank you for the delicious food and excellent service—keep up the great work!
In my earlier review, which was accurate at the time, I noted numerous changes in staff and overall improvements. Great job! Previously, I rated it two stars. The food was just okay, but I often felt uncomfortable when I visited. Sometimes employees would give me rude looks or seem unfriendly. Is that a management issue? While there are definitely some employees who genuinely enjoy their work (and they deserve credit for that), it often feels like there's at least one person who reacts negatively whenever I request something extra, even if I'm willing to pay for it. Why do they have to seem annoyed? Just so you know, I always tip well. Unfortunately, it’s been hard for me to recall a good experience here over the past two years, while I’ve had many positive interactions at other Chipotle locations. Perhaps it's time for me to try a different one.
