Bidra med feedbackBest Chipotle in this area. Meal was hot! I ran late and thought I had a cold Burrito bowl. No! And they didn't jump on the portions either. So many other chipotles get cheap with their meat. But here? No! Good stuff. Not safe on other reviews about bad attitude workers; I tend to avoid the lines and simply order them on the app. Everything was good!
One person had their new chicken bowl and the other had a burrito (with shredded beef . Both were tasty and certainly plentiful, but half the store was closed off with boards and construction equipment that maybe they're doing remodelling of some sort. It was clean and there was no noise coming from over there, but I am guessing that their offerings were somewhat limited due to the construction. (They didn't seem to have as many choices as I am used to; for example, there was no nachos. Overall, however, no problems and had a good lunch thanks to the helpful and patient people behind the counter.
I hesitantly gave this place a 5 star rating. Most of the time they are on point and do an excellent job of having the order ready whenever I pull up for deliveries. On the other hand, there has been times when I arrived and the staff is discombobulated because of the long line. I understand that it can be difficult trying to service the online orders and in-store customers simultaneously. Never the less it's fustrating waiting 20 minutes after the order should have been ready. Also I want to mention how their drink dispensers are always broken. Management need to call a technician and get it fixed. Other than that the food is delicious.
In my earlier review, which I stand by, I pointed out issues, but I've seen many changes in staff and overall enhancements. Great job! Previously, I had rated it 2 stars. The food was just okay, but I couldn't understand why I'd often encounter rude or dismissive behavior when I came in. Was that a management issue? There are certainly employees who seem happy to be working, and I commend them! However, it felt like there was always at least one person who would give me an annoyed look when I asked for something extra that I was happy to pay for. Why the hostility? By the way, I always tip! Hopefully, those negative experiences are behind me now. I can't recall the last time I had a positive visit to this location, despite having great experiences at other Chipotles. Maybe I’ll just start visiting those instead.
I had a really rough day when I went in to get my dinner. The cashier, I believe her name was Antoinette, made an error with my order. The person who prepared my bowl mistakenly marked it with a "C" instead of an "S," so I pointed that out to her. The cashier rang up my dinner, but then deleted the charge. When I asked her why there was no fee, she mentioned that every day she gets to treat someone to dinner or lunch, and I happened to be that person. I was taken aback by her kindness, and I smiled and thanked her. It really made my day better. Thank you again!
