18. November 2022 at 5 pm my sister visited this restaurant and placed her order on the drive thru and drove home. When she came home, she realized she had someone? About Eat's order. She went back to the restaurant and tried to go, but the doors were closed. She went on the drive thru and told the cashier that she was given the wrong order. The cashier told her to drag her into the window. Two cars before her. She asked the checkout why she should wait for 2 cars. The cashier said that only employees are allowed inside. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager who instructed my sister to move forward, and she will bring out her order. My sister did it, and no one came to go back and went to the window where she asked for her food. The manager was rude and rushed her body to her when she gave her food and told her she had told her to go to the front. My sister is a regular customer at this point and was frustrated by this bad service. My sister was angry and didn't have to go to work in the next hour, things could have escalated. I called the store and spoke to the assistant manager and told her I wanted to make a complaint and she told me to think I was the manager. I was 5 minutes in my hand and no one came to the phone. I called back a few times and every time I was met with the voicemail. Managers and employees need training on customer service. We are both registered nurses and if we are ever physically fired to our patients or families!

I could eat their delicious hush puppies and tartar sauce, every day. Plus, that healthy grilled white fish with lemon pepper is hard to beat in any drive-thru/fast food chain. The staff is always friendly and there are many options. I do miss the tossed salad and desserts, but certainly no dealbreaker.

Very friendly staff and they keep the drive-thru moving pretty quick considering how long it takes to fry up the fish. My only complaint, the fries are never crispy. OTT, Captain D's has been on our regular list for a long time!

Its Thursday 5/26/2022 .I ordered 2 dinners both 2 pc cod and slaw with French fries . Got home and you could see they sliced 1 pc of cod to make a 2 pc dinner and charged me 10 dollars for each dinner . I will never go back to that location again. Please look and the pic that I have posted !!!!!!

Was disappointed that the gumbo didn't have okra in it. Customer service is always good. Google Maps isn't letting me submit an update. I stopped by on 12-29-21 ordered cheesecake with my dinner. The pictures do no justice, but the cheesecake was still frozen. (Had an issue w/Google Maps which is why this review is just now being left.
