Chick-fil-a - Matthews

The person this is walking around cleaning the dinning room is sleeping at customers feet and wiping tables down with his hands. We waited to see if he would come back to wipe it with a wipe and he never did. That is so gross and unsanitary.

My salad was missing my avocado ranch it took you guys to bring me my food and I couldn’t enjoy my meal

Ordered delivery for some of my employees that were working through lunch with me. 3 out of 4 of us ordered salads. They forgot EVERYONE'S salad dressing. When I called, they told me I could come pick up some dressing if we wanted to. I understand mistakes happen, but I expect the store to fix it not that I should have to fix it. This happened before with another restaurant and their manager personally brought out the missing items. I will not order delivery from here again.

They are fast, efficient, and high quality like most chick fil as. I go here way to much. Better than any other fast food around that area.

So I’m not sure why but this particular location has really weird and flat chicken patties. Every time I get Chick fil a it’s a nice big piece of chicken but when I go to this location the chicken is so thin and flat and makes me feel like I’m not getting my moneys worth. The second issue I have is that this location takes forever every single time I go. The wait is excruciatingly long each time no matter what.
