Casey's - Mattoon

Idk, who hires the branch leaders in the area, but they just won me as a regular. Christina made the best cake donut I had for years from this store. Bkfast Pizza was also amazing! Thomas (store manager) has the store in great shape, and everyone seems their roles and what they expect, and what is not. Years ago, I worked there and it was totally crazy, terrible administration to the area manager. The last two managers I remember were Ron-duh and Amber. I don't want to say negative things so I can tell the truth. They were bullies. Two middle-aged women who needed control themselves. We couldn't even hold a donut manufacturer or a cashier because of their childish misconduct. The sad thing is that it was so obvious that customers noticed... And they thought they were sweet. I had to stop admitting it was too embarrassing to whom I worked. Today I saw a COMPLETE TURNAROUND!!!! I MEAN, WOW. I dropped $33 in there for breakfast and come back next weekend. I changed my opinion about Caseys in Mattoon, bravo!!!

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant with outstanding customer service and delicious pizza. The staff at Casey's truly know how to deliver. This is the standard that every restaurant should aim for! The company might consider using this location as a model for their other stores. Kudos to the management team for their great work here!

This restaurant was a solid choice throughout the pandemic, and it has a fantastic location. I highly recommend the Taco Pizza or any of their pizzas. The doughnuts are delightful as well. The establishment is very clean and the service is excellent. Thank you, Thomas and the entire Casey's General crew!

I really enjoy Casey's! They have fresh donuts every morning, and when Villa is closed for dinner, Casey's Pizza is the perfect alternative.
