Pao Mon - Mawlamyine

We have a cooking class here with a group of four friends. It was very informative and we made several really delicious dishes. AKA Jack was very courteous and friendly. Ingredients were made by local communicative and profit support women causes. We called a day in advance to organize the class, it was very easy. Would highly recommend.

Amazing mon style food that is very difficult to find in mawlamyine, although it is the capital of the mon state. Local ingredients, super tasty, fair prices and all for a good thing. Amazing!

Very nice food: we ordered the menu for two people (Curry salad page and they recommended us to try the Ente Curry, a local Mon specialty from the menu. It was DELICIOUS one of the best curries I've ever had: Besides, you can try another regional specialty as a supplement that is the tea leaves salad (but this is Shen again great! the staff was also very nice and friendly, bring some anti-moskito as it is an open place.

We’ve been at Pao Mon restaurant and it was truly amazing. The food was really good and full of flavors. It was nice to discover a part of the Mon culture. All the staff is really kind and the owner speak English. We will definitely going back to this place. Ps: ask to the owner to try the « Mon Chocolates » ;
