Bidra med feedbackThis restaurant is great. Great design on the inside and the food was amazing. We went on Thursday night and had a bikini fashion show. Know the owner Albert who is a professional surfer and is super covered. He told us how he designed and furnished his restaurant with wood and materials from the damage of Hurricane Maria. Super impressive. Put this on your checklist for drinks and dinner when you are in Rincón.

The food was amazing but the service was a little off. It took over an hour for us to get our food as well as the table next to us. This would have been understandable if it was explain to us that there would be a delay in getting our food because they had a number of large tables come in before us but when we specifically asked if the wait would be long they said no we could get your order done right away and so that's why we chose the location. Over an hour later we had asked our server a few times about the status of our meal and she never came back to tell us anything. Strange thing though, when we threaten to leave since we didn't even get our food anyway yet, we got a large portion of our order out right away. It just baffles me why things as simple as a side salad couldn't have been brought out so that the diabetics at our table could eat before they got sick or why we never got a single update as to the status of our meal or to let us know that hey we're sorry it's taking a little longer until we threaten to leave. Once the food did come out though, it was absolutely amazing! Just exquisite. A little on the pricey side but definitely worth it because the taste was five stars.
Jan. 11 2020. Asked for michelada. After 40 minutes wait at the table has been brought beer with spices in broken glass. After showed the broken glass, they took the drink,and poured it into plastic cup. That took them 10 minutes to do. Same drink. It 's been 50 minutes now. Still waiting for tacos. Update. They took plastic cup for replacement. 1hr50 minutes from start brought my tacos. I had to ask about my wife 's salad. They brought the salad to her 20 minutes later. I asked for a bill. 10 minutes later asked again. Got it. Paid and left. Replacement of michelada never came. Bill had michelada charge. Food was good.
We did not enjoy the atmosphere or the food. Poor attempt at style (fake plants everywhere) yet no attempt at substance (food was just plain bad). Don't waste your time or money. Edit: wife wondered why I had given this place such a good rating. I had given them 2 stars. She felt I was being overly generous so I have downgraded them to 1 star. Worst meal we had in PR.
