The restaurant is cozy inside with a fireplace and a TV. The waitress was exceptional and the food was exactly what I wanted for breakfast. I was very pleased with the service and impressed with the quality of the food and drinks. The restaurant also has a great selection of ice cream and a garden by the A77 that is open on nice days. If you are passing through the beautiful town of Kirkoswald in Scotland, be sure to stop for a drink and a meal at The Souter's Inn. I highly recommend it. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

What a beautiful place to eat. This place is impressive. The grounds are beautiful and extremely well kept, the interior is very well decorated and extremely well kept. The staff Very polite, very courteous and very pleasant. The restaurant is beautiful, very well kept and of a very high standard. The food I could not fault the food in any way shape or form, it was perfect. This restaurant was packed and had a line of people waiting to eat. My one and only criticism would be because it was so busy it was really noisy. This is not a fault the staff or the restaurant could do anything about and is a victim of its own success in that respect. Some people don’t mind this I sadly do, but like I say it has no reflection on the restaurant, The staff or the food. Would I eat here again? Without a shadow of a doubt yes I would.
