Bidra med feedbackI only spent $40 on a meal, but when I got home, my daughter’s order was wrong. The employees didn’t even answer the phone when I tried to reach out. Not only did my child not get their meal, but I also had to spend an additional $10 to buy another meal. To make matters worse, the rest of the food ended up getting cold.
Hardee's offers delicious food, and I really appreciate the staff at the Lone Oak location in Paducah, KY! When I place my order, the friendly team members who prepare the food truly stand out. They take great pride in their work and consistently go the extra mile to make sure we enjoy both our meals and a comfortable dining experience.
I always love Hardy so much. The food always tastes fresh and the fries are never cold. It takes longer than other drive-thrus but it's worth it.
10/7/22 8:00pm After getting home to find items we paid for missing from our order, we had to go back. Particularly now that everything is so expensive. The replacement fries were less than half full and the sandwich bun was burnt. Upon speaking to themanager about the issues, I was told that: 1) all the buns are the same. They all look like that (they don?t). 2) he doesn?twork the front line so he can?t help that the employees don?t fill the French fry containers more than half full, leave itemsout of orders, etc. If he has no impact on how employees do their jobs, what exactly is he managing. It boils down to this?whenthe price of everything continues to rise, people don?t want to spend $45 on a fast food meal that is inaccurate, incomplete, orburned. If the cost is double what it used to be (and my salary is not) I don?t think a minimum level of quality control is toomuch to ask.
I do not like it that I have been asked if I want to leave a tip in the drive thru window and furthermore I am the only one in line and my food has already taken over 10 minutes for 2 burgers only, and I left the tip. This is horrible fast food service.
