A guy named Steven a manager cussed at me because it took me a min to get my card to work he is a manager with glasses named Steven because it took me a second to get my card to work he used provanity language to me this is uncalled for an not how to treat ur customers

Cashier complained about only having 3 people. No one in line had to wait 9 minutes for them to take our order. They gave us the wrong frozen drink. We asked them to make it right. She did but slammed it on the counter and didn't even put the lid on correctly. Then as we was walking out could hear her complain to the other workers. Food prices are going up. I know people don't want to work and everyone is under staffed but no excuse for this. It is not that busy at 245 on Thursday. And I was a taco bell employee 30 years ago.

My partner and I haven't been to this restaurant in a while, so we decided to give it another try. We ordered a chalupa with nacho cheese and no sour cream, but they got the order wrong. I paid for extra cheese to go, but instead got something acidic and sawn. The meat was cold and overall the meal was not good. This was our last chance at Taco Bell.
