The Duke Coachman - Maynooth

Ok place. Friendly staff, free pool, but music to loud for my taste considering there are no real dance floors. All in all a mix between night club and pub that needs to work on its deciding what to be or the division between the two. That being said, not a bad experience.

All the bar staff were really friendly and service was great. Good atmosphere for a Saturday evening. Will go out of my way to come back more often 1????

Lovely little spot for a get together or party. Courteous barman there making up delicious Cocktails at a party last weekend,made it a memorable night. Very apt Interior decor suited the themed event to a tee.

Limited drink options. The noise from the smoking area, with loud music, was quite bothersome.

I visited this place on Saturday night with three friends, and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. First, the bouncer at the door asked where we were from in a rather unfriendly manner, as if my nationality would determine whether I was allowed to enter. I went to the bar to order a drink and waited for 10-15 minutes, but the bartender completely ignored me, despite the bar not being busy at all. In fact, there were more staff than customers. When I tried to get her name so I could file a complaint, the bouncers were called, and we were asked to leave. Nobody provided me with the bartender's name, which seemed like an effort to protect her. I will not be returning to this establishment, nor would I recommend it to anyone.
