They do not honor OpenTable reservations. My anniversary dinner was canceled 5 hours before my confirmed reservation that was made 3 weeks in advance.

Great place, excellent service, good atmosphere... our party of four enjoyed the culinary experience overall, the only complaint would be the amount of food at the price ratio. It doesn't matter to spend a higher than average price for fine food, as there is a decent portion size... You are very close to having the whole package! This is a very expensive restaurant, but worthy of the price tag. The menu is Price Fixe and offers 4 choices in each of the 3 courses offered. The tasting of a chef is also offered at a much higher price and requires everyone at the table to choose this option to coordinate the service of the seven or so small courses. The service was excellent and its personal note for the occasion we celebrated (birth days) was very appreciated. The menu was creative, the dishes presented very well and the flavors well balanced and satisfying. On the bottom several courses were not hot enough and, for example, in the case of the pork pliersloin, distracted from the aromas and the joy of the plate. Also a few diners chose the wine pairings and unfortunately the wine came to the table well before its associated course. This meant in the whites that the wine was not at the right temperature when the course was presented, and in the reds the wine was almost over when the course came. These may seem small problems, but if you pay over $100 a head for an elegant gourmet dinner, expect perfection.

Fantastic new addition to the Chautauqua scene. Best food around for sure. Gorgeous prix fixe with wine pairings, reasonable price and great service. We will be back!
