Office Grill - McAllen

Our first time. the thought is a very cool bar with good mixed drinks to great praise. the bar staff was also very nice and welcoming. we're coming back!

Great place for drinks...talk to Ashley at the bar! There is a touchtones juke box, and from the grill, try onion rings and their nachos, and don't forget taco tuesday! .50 cent tacos! Give em a try!

I went to the Office Bar and Grill for a retirement celebration for a good friend of mine. The place used to be the Victorian restaurant and you could see traces of the old eatery still left behind in the molding and doorway trim. Honestly, the place has more of a Bar feel than a Bar and Grill feel. Chili's and Applebee's gives you that B.&G. kind of vibe that I just didn't get here. I joined the the table of my friends co-workers, but I didn't eat any of the food being offered. No particular reason, I just wasn't hungry. I did order a diet coke. I still had a good time visiting with my friends co-workers, but would I go back to eat at this place probably not.

Waitresses need a little more help there. One waitress made a face when I would ask for anything... And the other one was super nice, but maybe new... She didn't know the menu or drinks very well. I had the cheese fries cause they were 86 on the brisket sandwich (twice that happened already) and they were ok. I don't know... It was just an OK experience. Probably wouldn't go back on my own, but if all my friends were meeting up there, I'd go

Today was my first time visiting this restaurant! I decided to check it out after my coworker recommended it. I went on a Saturday at 2 o'clock and had a great experience! The daily soup special was fresh and delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive. As someone who enjoys engaging in conversation, I appreciated that the server took the time to chat with me. The food was unique and different from what I typically eat. Additionally, they accept cash payments. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience.
