Pollo Palenque Mission Tx - McAllen

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant. The service was outstanding, even better than the one on 10th Street. Manager Rafa was exceptionally accommodating and friendly. The restaurant was also clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend it!

Amazing staff, food and service. Food is absolutely delicious

My greatest appreciation to the management and upper management team of this establishment, my wife and I had a minor issue with the cashier and a member of the kitchen staff, regarding an order we wanted that varied a slight bit from the original menu item that resulted in us leaving the restaurant without placing any order at all. I contacted the the main office and within minutes we received phone calls from both the District manager and general manager who were both super professional and genuinely concerned about our experience within their restaurant and went above and beyond to make it right ,WOW! you don't see customer service like this nowadays. Turns out it was a simple misunderstanding due to a training issue with their employees that was corrected right away, we look forward to revisiting this establishment in the future.Thank you, Carlos and Cruz you are truly awesome representatives of the Palenque organization.

Love this place, love the way the flavor of the pollo tastes always cooked right juicey

We’ve never eaten in the restaurant, only used the drive-thru. The staff at the drive-thru are always incredibly friendly and polite. There was one instance where I requested no caldo in my charro beans, but it seems someone didn’t quite hear me. However, the grilled chicken is the best I’ve ever had. I’m not usually a fan of grilled chicken, but this one is an exception. Whenever we get the family packs to share with guests at home, they all rave about it. The rice is also unique and absolutely delicious.
