I ordered a grande iced chai tea latte with salted caramel cold foam for the first time. Unfortunately, they didn't have oat milk, so I had to go with regular milk. In my opinion, it was a bit too sweet. I waited for the ice to melt, and it got just a little better. It also had a slight eggnog flavor. Additionally, they didn't have the sandwich I wanted. On a positive note, I did receive my drink quickly.

The customer service was outstanding, and I really appreciate that they can customize my coffee exactly how I like it.
