Wings And Rings - McAllen

The McAllen location provides much better service than the Brownsville one. I visited the Brownsville store on Tuesday, and the host was absent when we arrived. After what felt like a long wait, he finally seated us, but I had to signal to someone to take our order. Meanwhile, the manager at the Brownsville store completely overlooked us while playing with a fidget spinner. When I asked our server if that was indeed the manager, he confirmed it was. In stark contrast, my experience at the McAllen location on Wednesday was fantastic. The server was attentive and checked on me and my coworker every five minutes.

Excellent food and consistently outstanding service! Our server, Damian, was fantastic and made us feel like family. We will definitely be returning soon. The atmosphere is very comfortable, and the food is always delicious!

Fantastic location with an amazing atmosphere and excellent customer service! I attended the Canelo vs. Chavez Jr. fight there and had a wonderful experience. The general manager was incredibly helpful with all our needs. The beer prices were reasonable, and the place was spotless. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends! Thank you for everything. Overall, I am very satisfied!

Place was pretty nice to hang out with friends, drinks are priced normally. I don't watch sports but if you do, it's definitely a bonus when they play some. Food is pretty top tier when drunk, and man oh man their nachos is a MUST!

First time visiting and a great experience. Our server, Gresia, was attentive to us. The appetizer was amazing and the food even better. Our kids are very picky when it comes to food, especially our 2nd oldest. And he was amazed by his food. This place will definitely ear ymour business again in the future and will gladly recommend it to our family friends.
