Every other time. I would not write any criticism (unless the place was exceptional). In this case, I have a complaint. I see someone hitting me... I ordered a meal deal (for everyone who does not know that includes a page and a drink)... After sitting in the car for 15-20 minutes, I gave a drink without ice cream. Can we have some ice cream, please? Your answer.. (Putting aside the rude unconveniced posture) she says, our ice machine has been since Wednesday, apology.

Disappointing. The brisket tasted stale, and there was hardly any on the sandwich—it was mostly just sauce. For a $13 sandwich, I expected much better! Plus, there was no bacon jam at all.

This restaurant has the charm of a small-town eatery, despite being in a big city. The warm greetings from staff as you enter and exit make you feel right at home. I've always been pleased with their food, service, and quick service.

Update: After a long wait of 29 minutes, my car and the three in front of me finally made it through the line, and they close in 23 minutes. I can’t help but think that those at the end won't make it to the window in time. In the end, I stayed in line out of sheer curiosity to see how this would turn out.

If I could give this place a zero-star rating, I would. I ordered a combination meal on Sunday evening and asked for a warm Dr. Pepper. The server informed me that their ice machine had been out of order since Wednesday. It would have been helpful to know this before I placed my order. The whole experience was incredibly rude.
