Good food great atmosphere chef did an amazing job cornbread is awesome portions are big and plentiful baked potato and brisket was delicious

Really good food. Love that the beans are county style and not baked. Hubby I shared a brisket platter and had enough. Would maybe get an extra side next time

Braxtons is one of our FAVORITE places to eat. The meat is 2nd to none and Steven is so kind and goes out of his way to help the community.

Stopped in here when we were passing through McCook, NE. At first glance I didn't think much of the place (and I'm a BBQ LOVER). My wife suggested we try it and I waffled. We went back to the car, then decided to try it, and soooo glad we did. Every customer we talked to raved about the food. When we ordered, the owner (Steve) took our order and we had a great conversation. Got some ribs, brisket, beans, mac-n-cheese, and a slice of blueberry pie, to go. We ate back at our RV, and every mouthful was a gastronomic delight. I will say it was some of, if not THE best BBQ I have ever had. And because Steve smokes everything, the beans and Mac were just as good. If you like BBQ, you are going to LOVE Braxtons, many thanks to Steve and Braxton.
