O'charley's Restaurant Bar - McDonough

I was at O Charlys several times and received good service, but today was different. We came in and immediately we were welcomed by Kellie and she sat and told us about the special the $4 Margarita and our waitress Payton was absolutely amazing. She was cute for details. I am a secret shopper for fast foods, so I have this kind of service and that was absolutely AMAZING great work O? Charleys McDonough

My waiter Deborah was very pleasant she provided wonderful customer service. Food was seasoned well. Loved the spinach dip !! Over all great experience!

Food was absolutely delicious. Not one single problem. It came out quickly. Oh can't forget the house margaritas that were on $4. So good and just the right balance of flavor/alcohol. The workers were timely and didn't forget us. The dining area was perfectly cleaned and we were seated right away. I will definitely be going back and you should check it out.

Waiting was, well, we had no waiting time. We were greeted and telephoned by the staff who met with a smile. Deborah was over-the-top AMAZING as a server. The food came fast and was right. I will recommend O? Charley?

Janelle was absolutely excellent. I can't recommend anyone. Her smile was bright and she had such a positive and friendly demon. All we asked for them made sure we got it in time. She checked us several times to make sure everything was okay and okay. I'd like to come back and have them as my server. That was the best service I ever had in every restaurant. I left my whole plate and all the drinks.
