Papa Johns Pizza - McDonough

The staff at this Papa John's were very professional and ensured I didn't leave without the 2-liter Pepsi that my partner ordered. Even though the young lady was on the phone, she noticed that I needed a drink. The young man made sure I understood what she meant while she attended to another customer. Additionally, the pizzas looked great and were ready on time!

I complained about my experience and was pleasantly surprised when someone reached out via email to let me know they had refunded my order and provided a credit for my next visit. So, I decided to give them another chance and placed another order a week or two later. However, after waiting two hours, I called to check on my order. The woman I spoke with informed me that they no longer had a delivery contract and couldn't fulfill my order due to a lack of a supplier willing to accept payment. I hadn’t paid anything for this order, and when I asked whether it had been placed, she told me it hadn’t. So, I hung up. I will never spend my money or time at this place again. It’s frustrating that they couldn’t even inform me about my order. Save yourself the hassle and go to Domino’s instead. After all the nonsense, I placed an order with them and received it in about 45 minutes, plus they offered me a code for a free pizza.

This is my second time ordering from this restaurant, and I decided to try the chicken poppers for the first time. I understand that they may not have control over how the product is delivered to them, but the result is unacceptable. I ordered a 10-piece serving and only received 5-6 pieces, some of which were damaged. I won't be ordering from here again.

I wish I could go negative stars in this area because this place is simply unacceptable ridiculous. we had misplaced our order several times. super late deliveries (also with estimated time 1 st) we had long waiting times and our order canceled without notification. tonight we decided to give them another attempt after almost a year of non-ordering and the delivery ruber put our order on the trunk or my car and left! never said a word, never made a sound, literally not knowing any kind. almost 2 hours waiting for our order and it is out there for who knows how long, broken with the seals. I'm so livid. No one would answer the phone. done.

I placed an order online and got my food in a timely manner. The pizza was absolutely amazing. Could not have been better. And the delivery guy was awesome and friendly. I wish they were all as professional as him.
