Romano's Italian Bistro - McGaheysville

AMAZING. I’m still sitting here with a chicken parm and a glass of Merlot and I’m having an awesome time. There are straight up 2.5 servers here (the girl is very new) and these two dudes are like… flying through the restaurant. They are doing so good and the owner even came out to help them… just great food. Great service. No notes.

We live in Maryland about 3 hours away. We found this place several months ago when we vacationed to Massanutten. This past weekend we came from Maryland to have dinner here at this specific place because it’s THAT GOOD. We have a large family; there’s 5 kids and usually my mother in law will come along with us places to help with the kids. This last time we went, our daughter spilled her sprite and was so upset that she cried. The staff at this restaurant assured her everything was okay, they had it cleaned up in no time and brought her a new sprite. The server we had as so attentive and we never needed ANYTHING! There was a gentleman there who I’m assuming was some sort of floor manager gave me a big bag of hot peppers that were locally grown. The food was absolutely amazing. The service is unmatched. Every experience I have here is nothing short of perfect. It should say a lot that a large family is willing to drive so far for dinner but it is SO WORTH IT. If you’re on the fence about giving it a go, don’t be! You’ll be so happy you gave this place a chance.

Had a very good meal here the other night. (Group of 7) Our server was wonderful. Bruschetta was really good and I really liked my marsala sauce. I wasn't blown away by the chicken in it though. My wife enjoyed her pasta primavera. Available bathrooms seem inadequate for the size of restaurant. I would definitely come back again!

Went here for dinner on a weekday. The restaurant was busy but we only had a short wait. The staff was professional and friendly. Our waitress was very good. Service was fast and accurate. The food we got was very good and portions were large. Definitely recommend this restaurant for a good dinner.

Great food and great service! Definitely a great place to eat. And the tea is sweet. 10/10 with 5 stars.
