Jimano's Pizzeria - McHenry

Will get a piece of pizza here about once a month. Always good, except once I opened the box and pizza was watery?!? Wing back to exchange and had no problems. Will occasionally order pizza here for work party and always good.

I never really rate places unless it’s bad. But, this place is great. Much better than the other places around here. I’m glad I decided to stop in.

Always a great spot for delicious pizza. I receive email vouchers, but they also offer specials when you order online. I'm a big fan of their thin crust.

Absolutely the best pizza I've ever had! The owner was working the night we visited and was incredibly kind to his staff. We can't wait to order from this place every week!

I had a positive experience with the customer service at Jimanos. I ordered delivery through GrubHub, but unfortunately, the pizzas arrived in terrible condition—they looked like they'd been sitting out for a long time. I called Jimanos to let them know, and they were very apologetic and immediately sent a replacement. I really love their pizza, and we typically order from them at least once a month, sometimes even more. One suggestion I would have is to check the pizzas before the driver leaves to ensure they’re in good shape.
