I want to give a big shoutout to the Steak n' Shake team! John D., you are amazing! You went above and beyond to serve my group of 8 customers during the busy Saturday lunch rush. Everyone there was fantastic, and I plan to reach out to companies to share the incredible service we experienced. Thank you all!
The service was excellent and the food was delicious. My only minor complaint is that the restaurant was quite cold.
This is a fantastic restaurant with friendly waitstaff and quick service!
