Kfc - McKees Rocks

I ordered delivery, and the restaurant forgot to include a drink. It's frustrating how careless this is; they can't even manage something so simple.

I usually order the chicken tenders, but recently I’ve been disappointed. Out of my last five visits, three times they were too tough to eat. It seemed like they had been sitting out for a while, and the coating was hard, making them difficult to chew. I expected them to be fine, but today was a waste of money.

My latest experience was trying to order through the KFC app for pickup to avoid the hassle of slow service. We received a notification that our order was ready, but when we arrived, the store was already closed hours early. A woman working there informed us that they had closed due to a staffing shortage. Although our order appeared to be on the pickup counter, she refused to check if it was ours or give it to us. There was no offer for a refund or any kind of apology—just an indifferent response. Honestly, this store is incredibly frustrating.

They need to keep their dining room open, there is no more excuses for closing, I?m taking my money elsewhere that has an open dining room like Popeyes

Amazingly overcharged compared to other KFC. Gave me old fries rock hard biscuits and cheated me out of and left off 1/3 of my order. I called to inform them and guess what? No answer. I give everyone 4 or 5 or I just don't review. This trip DESERVES azero, sincerely.
