Arby's - McKinney

From the moment we entered, we were warmly greeted. The restaurant was spotless, the sauce dispensers were full, and our order was perfectly correct. The roast beef on my sandwich was seriously piping hot—I wish I had recorded the steam rising from it! The curly fries were crispy and generously topped with cheddar. My kids even enjoyed the toys that came with their meals! Most importantly, the staff didn’t seem unhappy to be there. The woman taking drive-thru orders, who appeared to be in charge, was particularly friendly (I just wish I had caught her name). This Arby’s has restored my hope for the brand. It seems there is still a world where today's Beef ‘N Cheddars can be just as delicious as I remember them. I can't wait to return!

I stopped by this evening around 7:20 and had an excellent experience! The cashier was really friendly, and our food arrived quite quickly. I noticed some comments mentioning that the food was cold, and I can't help but wonder if those people ordered takeout. I did (though I live very close), and it was still warm when we ate! I will definitely be back!

I stopped by this Arby's on my way home from work to pick up dinner for my family. After driving 20 minutes home, I realized some items were missing from my order. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager, Mike. He was extremely apologetic about the mistake and assured me that the situation would be resolved. I really appreciated his response, and I will definitely return in the future.
