Buffalo Wild Wings - McKinney

Tried her buffalo chicken wrap for her $10 lunch special and enjoyed it! The service was fast, Meghan was a treasure. I ate alone and they let me have a stand. I am happy with my experience:

This place is bad. I have my order wrong twice. You need to rent someone to make sure they get these online orders right. All right, I had great customer service when I took the food. I'd double check my pickups before I get out. Food: 1/5

Terrible, the only reason we came here is that we had a gift card we didn't want to cancel. Visit back a few years and this place has changed dramatically. The service was terrible. Our waitress cleaned us after 15 minutes, and another one helped us. Wings were cold. Chicken Nachos were terrible (cold guacamole on half warm nachos) and my son did not even like the offers. Had to ask for napkins and utensils a few times. We will definitely not be back. This place fell off.

Filthy. Staff played and giggled instead of cleaning the floors or tables. The Appetizer was prepared sloppily and disgusting. We didn't want a chance to take a duck. Women walked around, laughing and playing together instead of cleaning the plant; to take orders; a drink or memory, to bring inquiries in time. I saw a man put a table or two. Tonight, maybe our servers were. He didn't offer napkins or to-go cup. We tipped him out of the scissors. There were several code violations that the city should know McKinney Code enforcement via IMMEDIATELY.

Check your take out orders.Nice try on trying to short me items again. I made sure to check before leaving and was shorted one item. Kind of sad when I'm expecting it. Last time they wouldn't refund my missing wings. I had to dispute with my CC company. It's been a while and I figured I would try again ordering here. Never again.
