Jimmy John's - McKinney

When did Cash become obsolete? My bill was over $20.00, but all I had were $100.00 bills, and they couldn't offer me anything but takeout. It's frustrating that they wouldn’t make change for me. Now I have to go somewhere else. Also, they don't deliver to my house because it's outside their delivery zone, and I’m not driving anywhere for that reason. There are two banks in their parking lot—it's not my responsibility to make a trip to the bank for them.

If I could rate this experience with no stars, I would. My sandwich was prepared incorrectly — there was no salad on it at all! When I called to address the issue, someone told me they would send it back, but then I received a voicemail saying the manager said they couldn't do that. When I called back to speak to the manager, she was extremely rude and confrontational. She kept talking over me and then hung up! (After that response, how could I trust eating my sandwich?) When I tried to call the store again to ask for the manager's name, they refused to provide it. This was by far the most unprofessional experience I've ever had. This occurred on December 1, 2022, around 11:45 AM.

Incredibly quick and delicious, just as it should be. Jimmy John’s never fails to impress, especially when you least expect it.

I used this place for delivery on many occasions, but the order last night was sub par. Nothing of my adjustment has been done. Very disappointed. I order the exact same sandwich every time and last night it wasn't my sandwich.

Welcome to the 9th circle of hell, where apathy and disdain for those pesky customer people is on full display. Chapelle 's Pop Copy episode hasn 't got a thing on this merry band of hats. Same mediocre sandwich, now with more rude. Enjoy!
