Rockfish Seafood Grill - McKinney

As always this location is fantastic and our server was great, friendly, and helpful. The food is always great and this was my first time having their brunch. The Rockfish Special for brunch is such a tasty treat for your mouth. Don’t ever take this off the menu. I’d also be ok if it was served all day everyday.

Bret was already pouring wine when I arrived. He greeted his regulars, who playfully pretended to be embarrassed by how well he remembered their orders even before they stepped through the door. It was clear they cherished this interaction. It was quite a moment. (Yes, he’s *that* good.) As I took a seat and placed my order, a connection formed between Bret and me. I appreciated his effort to create a personalized experience. Throughout my meal, he anticipated my every need—going above and beyond my expectations in a way that showcased his impressive professionalism. (However, if you mention his professionalism, he playfully brushes it off, as that’s just typical of Bret.) Now, about the food—I almost forgot! It’s great as well. Personally, I really enjoy the Red Beans and Rice, but I could find excellent food at many places nearby. I keep coming back for the outstanding service that Bret provides. Merry Christmas! JGL

Rockfish is amazing! Although I can no longer enjoy some of my favorite dishes, I'm really impressed by their gluten-free menu!
