Hungry Jack's Burgers Coolalinga

The roasted sandwiches were well cooked and tasted. the coffee was a good tasting and we were glad that she made lactose free. The drain was the lack of cleanliness in the toilets.

The drive through wouldn't let us take a shopping trolley through as our car was wrapped up in the kfc park bay. Overall not a good experience, but food is edible.

We ordered a small soy flat white and a small cappuccino and two basic meals for breakfast, we were asked to park and waited what seems like an eternity. The coffee however was excellent and worth the wait but the Turkish bacon breakfast looks absolutely nothing like the ad and considering the amount of time it took to make was a pretty poor excuse for food. It was tasty but clearly rushed and made with absolutely no care at all. Apparently there was avocado in it although the evidence would not be convincing if it were ever to make it to trial

The very first thing I got my food in 15 mins and the order was only two burgers and chips. Secondly dining is already ready to close at 8:30pm chairs are up mop buckets is out with chemicals on front counter. Kids are playing in dining what if someone get hurt or touch mop bucket???? After asking the manager he rudely said sorry and I’ll inform crew. Not even reacting at moment and not taking care of mop bucket. I have worked at hj and I know what are the process and when you can close dining so don’t try to teach instead work on your mistakes. I feel sad for customers who get staff like these. And oh by the way I’m missing my chips. Ordered two got one. Overall disgusting. Time of incident : 8:30 pm 21/12/21

Knew there would be trouble when we ordered at the drive through speaker box then asked to repeat the order at the window and they still got it wrong. Wife ordered grilled chicken bacon and cheese. Got fried chicken that had obviously been sitting there for a while and the bacon was so tough it was like jerky and had 2 shreds of lettuce. Her chips were only half filled. I got ultimate double whopper and the bacon was the same, very tough and dry. This place gets worse every time so don't think I shall be returning.
