Bidra med feedbackIt’s McDonald’s, so my expectations are already pretty low, but this visit was beyond frustrating. I spent 25 minutes there without being able to eat. I placed a mobile order, paid for it, and went to pick it up, but the system instructed me to go through the drive-thru instead. After waiting in line, I found that my order number wouldn’t display, so I showed the staff that my order had gone through and that I had already paid. Unfortunately, she informed me that there was nothing she could do: no refund, and if I wanted to place another order, I would have to get out of line and wait again. I ended up leaving and going to Wendy’s instead. Very disappointing customer service.
I had a slow experience today. At the second pick-up window, I noticed many employees were on their phones.
The manager is consistently rude. He shortchanged me, and when I returned to address the issue, he threatened to call the police. The lobby is almost always closed because they seem to be lazy, and they just direct us to the drive-thru, which feels very unreliable.
By far the worst mcdonald’s I have ever had, have denied a service, although we are in a large truck. the manager (they said we could go through the car) that there are definitely unsafe my CO workers and I were hungry and they refused us service and told us that we call firm office. this is unprofessional for a manager to talk to customers like this. they should be fired. 6/18/2022
Website says you open at 5am and I’m here with my family at 530 am and ur closed . Your managers are below average. Off to Burger King we go .
