They clearly don’t care about their customers. The food was cold, the service was awful, and it took over 15 minutes to get a Big Mac combo. Save your time and go somewhere else.

I didn’t get a chance to have breakfast here. I arrived at 10:29, and the person in front of me was able to order breakfast. However, when it was my turn, the cashier told me that breakfast was over. I had checked the policy beforehand, and I know that McDonald's serves breakfast until 11 or 12, depending on the location. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told that the manager was unavailable. When I requested the name of the manager, she refused to provide it. This is a basic customer service issue! I will be sending a detailed report and a recorded conversation to the relevant department for review.

Got a double crispy spicy sandwich combo. The chicken was dried out. Little to no sauce and only lettuce was in the box. Took it back, and the manager was acting like a jerk. He kept saying negative things under his breath. He stated he had kids in the back being trained. He kept mouthing off, and when I pointed it out, he called me a assh$le in front of the other 6 customers. Asked for my money back and stated he didn't have to but did. Asked for his name and stated he didn't have to provide it. Also, when onto state that he didn't give a f if he got fired, he can get another job. (Younger manager in a grey shirt with some black beads around his neck). Wow, it occurred at 6:45 pm. on Labor Day, the worst experience ever at a McDonald's. Went to Subway and no issues, wonderful lady working within. Also, thank you for the wonderful loves staff who heard this complaint and understood.
