Domino's Pizza - Meadville

I drove 16 miles to the restaurant and was informed that my pizza was in the oven. However, when I pulled over and inquired about my order, I was told that it had not been received. I decided to go through the drive-thru and requested a refund. When the manager came to the window, he repeatedly told my husband not to speak to him in that manner, despite my husband never using profanity. The whole experience left my husband upset and neither the manager nor any other staff member ever apologized for the inconvenience.

I really enjoy the Mediterranean sub at this restaurant.

I have had the same issue the last few times I have ordered from this restaurant. I always request the chicken habanero sandwich with mango habanero sauce on it, but for some reason my sandwich never comes with the sauce. I have brought this to their attention in the hope that they will ensure it does not happen again. I really enjoy this sandwich and I am tired of having to pay extra for the sauce on the side just to have it on my sandwich. I have had great service from this restaurant in the past, but it seems like their standards have slipped. I hope they will improve in the future.

My family and I visited this local Pizza Hut while we were in town. We called to see if they delivered to the Holiday Inn Express on the same road, but the first representative said they did not. I was surprised because the hotel was only 3 miles away. I called again and another representative told me they did deliver to our location. However, I decided not to order because I found it concerning that they did not initially know about the hotel's location and had trouble spelling the street name, which was the same as where the Pizza Hut was located. The lack of professionalism and knowledge about the local area made me hesitant to order from them. The fact that two representatives gave conflicting information about delivery also raised red flags for me. Overall, my experience with this Pizza Hut was disappointing and I would not recommend it to others.
