It was 11:30 when I stopped and they didn't open until 12 and they saw me try to open the door and walk and opened 30 minutes early, so I could get one of their big parts. If that doesn't show quality when I don't know what's going on. Great place, great food, respectful service!

My only suggestion for improvement would be to speed up the food preparation a bit. It can be challenging to grab a quick lunch since everything is made fresh, which is both a blessing and a bit of a drawback. Overall, the food and service are fantastic—keep up the great work!
