Bidra med feedback"When I first visited this restaurant, I noticed how busy it was. There were lines for the drive-thru, but each line had someone directing traffic, which made the process smoother. Upon entering, I was greeted warmly, and I found the restaurant to be very clean. My order was prepared incredibly quickly! We settled in, but unfortunately, our order was incorrect at first. However, the staff quickly fixed the mistake and even allowed us to keep some extra items instead of just discarding them, which I really appreciated. That impressed me. While we were eating, a kind lady came over to thank us for our patience and asked how our day was going. The food we ordered was absolutely amazing. I can't wait to return!"
Regardless of how busy they are, the staff is always incredibly generous! I've noticed the manager actively working alongside them to ensure that the entryways and lines are managed smoothly. It's great to see a manager who truly cares for their employees! The food is always fresh! Highly recommended!
I paid an extra $1.30 for some speck, and that's all I received! I used to come here often, but I'm reconsidering now. My drinks were left in the car because they were overflowing! I get that the restaurant was really busy, but I would have been willing to wait a bit longer for the meal I paid for.
I was pleasantly surprised that there was no long line when we came there tonight. great eating as always! love the new books in the children's meals! what a sweet story with stickers!
This was my first time here today. The food was good. What impressed me though was the staff. Not only were they all very professional, but it seems as though this establishment is bucking the trend of corporate America and getting an adequate amount of staff. Instead of like other establishments with two people running their heads off trying to take care of everyone, I saw an adequate amount of staff everywhere. In the drive-thru, I'm assuming in the kitchen because of the speed of the food, at the counter, and they even had somebody in the eating area just looking for anything that needed attention. I felt like she would have cleaned up anything that was needed or helped me with anything that I needed. A+ service.
