Gilligan's And Grill - Mechanicsburg

The worst experience!! I didn't want to give stars, but you have to make an assessment. At first it took the 4 servers about 5 minutes to put us with only 9 customers. Our starter was good, then it was downhill from there. My husband and I were for our anniversary lunch and decided to dinner instead of BIG MISTAKE!!! We ordered simple seafood which they have listed as MARKET PREICE That wasn't my problem for this VERY BAD REVIEW. When ordering, we couldn't get a baked potato with our meal, unless we don't mind them being microwaves. When our food came out, my husband's food was so cold and unreliable. At this point we were!!!! NOT EVER IMPORTANT!!! O but the manager offered us free desert REALLY no thanks

The food was delicious. I had the broiled swordfish, and it was excellent. However, our waiter, while attentive, seemed either new or overwhelmed with too many tables. He took a while to take our order, forgot the bread, and appeared somewhat distracted otherwise.

Fantastic restaurant! I’ll definitely be returning. The food was excellent, and Omar was incredibly attentive. I really loved the atmosphere!

I wish I could give this restaurant 10 stars! Everything is incredibly delicious. The menu is tempting, and the service is outstanding. Treat yourself and go check it out!

This place is absolutely disgusting. I have seen people handle food with their bare hands, absolutely no food safety is in place and the manager Tiffany lacks any customer service skills. Do better, Gilligans.
