Remember the breakfast at the grandmother's. Prices are reasonable and services are plentiful. We had blueberry pancakes with real blueberries. I love the local fries with beautified onions. Spent $25.00 for two.

From the outside, I was honestly not sure. But when I got in there, I knew it was gonna be okay. It has the mood of a house of the southern grandmother. And I love it, there is a selection of different collectors. The service was friendly and fast. The atmosphere is warm and retro. There are all feelings of dinner at My Grandparents' house, which is a very hearty feeling. The food was on point, very well done. Everything for a great price, We look forward to going back.

Just in Va. for the 4. July arrived and Cold Harbor was highly recommended and they were NOT disappointed. The food was great and I will definitely be back!! 5 stars all the way! My mother and I ordered the pancake plate with geese on the side

Been quite a while since the last time I ate here. After today's meal, I'll certainly be coming here more often. I ate breakfast, even though it was past 1:00 PM, and it was AMAZING!!!

This is a fantastic spot for breakfast! It really depends on the waitress when it comes to making changes to the specials. Given today's climate, it's crucial to prioritize customer satisfaction to remain in business, and I must say that 99.9% of the waitstaff here are outstanding.
